Just because October is over and with it the sea of pink that is Breast Cancer Awareness Month doesn’t mean you can forget about breast health. We believe that every day is about Breast Cancer Awareness and we hope this is a reminder to schedule your mammogram.
Now that that’s out of the way, we want to ask you something.
Who are the people in your life who are heroes when it comes to breast health?
It could be your mother, your daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend. Your husband, your son, your brother or uncle. The technologist who performs your mammogram. The radiologist who reads it and explains it to you.
It could be you.
That’s why we’d like you to share your story.
It’s easy. Visit our Every Day Heroes web site and start by telling us a bit about yourself and your own commitment to breast health. What are some heroic things you’ve done for your own health and those of the women around you? Is there someone in your life you consider a hero? Why? How can other people become heroes?
All we ask is that your hero is comfortable with you sharing their story with us and the visitors to mymammo.com.
And please – if you haven’t already – schedule your mammogram.
Everything is very open with a clear explanation of the issues. It was really informative. Your site is useful. Many thanks for sharing!| а
Thank you. Hope you will share
